In this video you can see that already within the first four seconds there are four personalizations.
The actor mentions the customer’s name, how long they have been a customer for and the credit card you see in the background is the exact same credit card the customer has in their wallet along with their name embossed on the card.

What can personalized video be used for?
Well, the applicability is very broad. It can be used for product activation, product cross-sell or up-sell, informational campaigns, renewals, loyalty rewards and incentive programs, as well as fundraising and much more.
To make it even more engaging, we can allow for any level of interactivity throughout the video.
The interactivity can include customers selecting an option in the middle of the video that may interest them, and then this impacts what they will watch in the remaining portion.
For example, the video can allow a customer to select a product or offer that they are interested in hearing about.
Alternatively, there can be a scroll bar in the middle of the video that the customer can play around with to, for example, see how they can increase their savings, and by how much this will impact their savings in the future.
They could also choose by how much they want to increase their credit limit.

Of course, we collect what the customer selects and then this data is sent over to you to see what each customer selected.

This video is an example of a thank you message from a similar campaign that increased donations by a whopping 300%. Celebrity Personalized Birthday Video
This is another example of an extremely successful fundraising video where a personalized birthday (or any other special occasion) message from a celebrity is offered for a fee where all of the profits go to charity. This video, featuring world class soccer player Robert Lewandowski, was recorded in their native Polish but each recipient can have it customized in their preferred language. Birthday Wishes delivered by very well known characters, the Shaun the Sheep family. Just upload some photos of your child and/or family and friends, add some text and we do the rest. Watch how mesmerized your child will be by the video, viewing it over and over again. This is an example of a video where we licensed the rights from its creators and run the entire project ourselves.
Shaun the Sheep Personalized Christmas Video
Another example of creating a video for a different occasion, this time Christmas. The video is longer and more sophisticated, with more personalizations throughout. The children will keep rewatching the movie because they feel like they are part of it, like being one of the characters. All of the Shaun the Sheep videos are based on a model where we run all of the aspects of marketing, production, shopping cart, etc. and our only responsibility is to pay royalties to the license grantor.
Santa’s House Personalized Christmas Video
This is an example of a children’s video where actors are used instead of animated characters. There are also no license fees or royalties to be paid. The model in this example is also very different. The entire concept of the video has been created by one of our clients and they are also responsible for all of the marketing, shopping cart, etc. We are only providing technology in this case. Our proprietary system of servers, personalization engines and delivery systems are seamlessly integrated with our clients via API to provide real time experience.
